a. For matters not requiring arbitration, parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

11. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
11.1. Copyright owners may submit infringement notifications to our Copyright Agent with required information.
a. Counter-notifications may be submitted by users who believe content was wrongfully removed.

15.1. Indemnity:

15.3. Severability:
a. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Terms remain in effect.
15.4. No Waiver:
a. Failure to enforce any term does not constitute waiver of that term.
