A Boston-based estate planning professional, I have produced revocable living trusts (less so wills) in a variety of situations. I've been fascinated by the interplay between singular law focus, automation, and public speaking/writing. Daily reading, strong database skills, and eye on getting the word out. I can be creative when asked and plan away from taxes and seek simpler solutions. Lectured on trust and estate taxation so I could explain it to others. My claim to fame is mention of my automation of trusts in the 124 year old treatise, Rounds and Rounds: The Trustee Handbook. I enjoy a good book. |

Level 2If Single or assets over $2 million, transfer life insurance out of taxable estate. BTW, this follows getting Level 1.
