It's been nice...
After more than 30 fulfilling years of practicing law in Vermont and Massachusetts, Joel Bernstein is happy to announce his retirement. Joel looks forward to dedicating more time to his favorite activities, including gravel biking along Vermont's scenic trails, gardening, family time, cooking, meditation, music, hiking, kayaking, and reading. These are the top nine activities that have actually brought him joy over the years—not a bucket list. He also concludes his longtime routine of study of legal treatises and law reviews each morning on estate planning and post death administration. He plans to distribute that time among his other favorite activities. This study was in his top #10 activities for many years. Both Joel and Barbara Kelly deeply appreciates the trust and relationships they developed with clients over the years and is thankful for the opportunity to have served the community. For those requiring estate-related legal services, Joel suggests reaching out to professionals via ACTEC.org or Wealthcounsel.com. These are among the best estate planning and post passing legal counsel in MA. Please note, all original documents have been provided to clients, and as Joel is now retired and the office closed, he is unable to send any copies. Joel looks forward to this new chapter in his life, immersing himself in his hobbies and interests. Both he and Barbara Kelly will cherish the memories and stories shared with clients over the years. They both thank you. Wishing you all the best. |
