It's been nice...
After more than 30 fulfilling years of practicing law in Vermont and Massachusetts, Joel Bernstein is happy to announce his retirement. Joel looks forward to dedicating more time to his favorite activities, including gravel biking along Vermont's scenic trails, gardening, family time, cooking, meditation, music, hiking, kayaking, and reading. These are the top nine activities that have actually brought him joy over the years—not a bucket list. He also concludes his longtime routine of study of legal treatises and law reviews each morning on estate planning and post death administration.
